Had a great time here on one of the first sunny days of the year! The service was great, the hot dogs were amazing and the bubble tea was delicious! 10/10, will definitely come back

I had an amazing experience. Their menu is very diverse. Anyone can find something they like. I had the french vanilla creme brulee and it was super good. The owners were the nicest ever and even gave us ice cream and a fish waffle to try (both were delicious) I will definitely be back, at least for the blizzards. I am really happy that a place like this opened in the neighbourhood. I recommend 100%

Panda Boba-T on Beaubien is a fantastic find for bubble tea enthusiasts! I tried their bubble tea, and it was spot-on—perfectly sweet with chewy tapioca pearls that had just the right texture. The variety of flavors and customizations available make it easy to find something for everyone, whether you're craving something classic or adventurous. What’s even better is that they also have a diverse food menu, so it’s not just about drinks. The dishes are thoughtfully prepared and complement the beverages well, making it a great spot for a full meal or just a snack with your tea. The highlight of my visit, though, was the warm hospitality of the owner. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience and even offered recommendations based on my preferences. It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming. If you're in the area and looking for delicious bubble tea and a friendly atmosphere, Panda Boba-T is a must-visit!
